We are Ozmose
the company that likes to listen
We are a group of researchers from a variety of backgrounds who have been working together for many years helping our customers to better understand their businesses. We have a wide range of data gathering techniques at our disposal, and the experience to help devise the right strategies, using the right tools, to get to the information you want.
The research team is lead by Dr. Jennifer Parkin PhD who has considerable experience in both qualitative and quantitative research.
Supported by a team of experienced researchers, Ozmoze is ready to help you!
Simply, we listen. We listen to you and what you want to find out, and then we listen to the people who can tell us those things. Whether it’s your existing customers, potential leads, your own staff, or the general public, we design research strategies to get the information you need. Whether you’re interested in people’s perceptions of your brand, want to find out more about what people think about your website, or are weighing up future business possibilities and want some real-world insight to help you make your decisions, we can help you get the answers you need.
As an independent company, we can give you access to what people really think – often things that they wouldn’t dream of telling you directly.
Gauging opinion is a skilled job, and needs expert input to make sure that the data you are gathering is valid. Our team has a wide range of skills and experience to help get to the information you need.
There is no “one size fits all” mentality here – our first aim is always to listen to you, and to really understand what you want.
The first step on your journey of discovery is to get in touch! In order to help you, it’s imperative that we understand you and your goals – from there we can define a strategy to start gathering the information you need.
